The
countess Ehrensvärds salon
The last chatelaine at Svaneholm, countess Eva Ehrensvärd, lived
in a minor department in the castle. Her life was arranged like this after
her husbands bankruptcy in 1934.
The countess salon still looks the same as it did during her last years.
This is a typical nobility residence from the past.
The salon is equipped with beautiful furniture, carpets and ornaments.
The countess past away in 1947.
