| The castleīs last private owner - count Augustin Ehrensvärd - passed away in 1934. One year later Svaneholmīs Castle cooperative society was founded. The society bought the castle and the park, the garden, most of the lake and the surrounding forest. The cemetery and the monument "The Macklean memorial" are also part of the administrative district. | |
